Maintenance Packages
- Many of our customers have found using Rockport Web Sites as a single point of contact for all website issues beneficial and easier.

- The more players/providers in the process, the more difficult it can be to get your site up, running, and maintained; therefore increasing costs for all concerned.
Are you or your staff knowledgeable about server settings, DNS servers, permissions, setting up a new account? If not, we strongly suggest letting your web design company, Rockport Web Sites, provide that interface for you.

| 6 hours of updates per year (½ hour per month). Changes might include (but not limited to) pricing updates, customer testimonials, upcoming events or the addition of email addresses. Web Development item additions and design changes are not included. Updates are normally completed 3-5 days. | |

If you do not wish to take a maintenance package:
- Hourly rate for web site maintenance - $70.00 with a ½ hour minimum per update. Normally completed 5-7 days, 50% surcharge for 1-2 days and 75% for 24 hours.
- Hosting & Domain Name - prices vary dependent on billing interval and method of payment.
If you have a database with your website, we strongly encourage using Rockport Web Sites' services for hosting as all database programs and control panels are not equal and I would have to charge my hourly rate to learn and interface with your provider’s.
